Chile Roasts

Alumni from across the country are invited throughout the months of August and September to experience a taste of the Mesilla Valley with New Mexico State University Alumni Association Chapter Chile Roasts.  Green chiles are roasted and available for purchase with support from the New Mexico Department of Agriculture. Specific chapters host Chile Roasts each year depending on the availability of Hatch green chile in their area. Select Chapters also offer cook outs or picnics.
